General

Yes, you can visit our nursery at 2 Murai Farm for our wide range of live plants and garden supplies. We are open daily from 8.30 AM – 6.30 PM.

Purchase

A : To order, simply:

  • Login your account
  • To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
  • To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the “Quantity” column
  • To review the items in your cart, click on the “Cart” icon located at the top right of the page
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter your shipping and billing address.
  • Review and confirm your order
  • Make payment

 

*Upon payment, you will receive an email confirmation.

We accept major VISA/Master  credit and debit card.

Yes, we will provide you the invoice once the order has been processed.

You can amend the order on the cart page, with the selection and removal of the product and the quantity number.

You can provide the special instruction on the checkout page.

Account

Go to the account page, and click the “Register”, enter your personal particulars and submit the information.

We will send an email for the account confirmation.

Go to the account page and click on “Forgot your password”, enter your registered email address and click on the “Submit” button

Delivery

We charge $30.00 for each purchase order below $150.00. For a limited time, for any order over $150.00, we provide free delivery services to your address.

We deliver the plants and garden supplies in the region of Singapore.

Unfortunately, we do not have that option at this moment.

We will deliver your plants or parcels after 1-2 business days from the online order, and maximum up to 3 days upon receipt of payment.

Exchange

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately  sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first.
